clause & cause began as a shared idea between Afreena Basha and Balkis Beevee — two students who believed that legal education should go beyond lectures and examinations. what started as conversations about justice, reform and student voices gradually grew into a platform dedicated to thoughtful writing and meaningful dialogue.
driven by curiosity and a commitment to constitutional values, they founded clause & cause to create a space where young legal minds could question, analyze, and express — because every clause carries a cause, and every voice deserves to be heard.
